Estephany started contributing to the development of and implementation of marketing campaigns, aligning with overall business objectives. But eventually she also began to:
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences, informing strategic marketing decisions.
- Support social media, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze campaign results, generate performance reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
What was the candidate’s background?
She has been in the marketing field since she graduated in 2021. She studied Marketing and Advertising at the Universitary Institute of Marketing in Colombia, her native country. Where she learned how to execute targeted advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads, in addition to many other things.
She worked as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator in a Marketing development agency, like our client’s company, developing attractive content, and designing visuals (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) to drive audience growth and engagement for almost two years.
Until she started her position as Marketing Assistant for our client 6 months ago.
