Paulina starts tomorrow, and we’re thrilled with how smoothly and quickly the recruitment process went. In just 15 days, our client will have a new professional on their team. Paulina’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and generating leads using tools like instantly.ai and managing them in Zoho CRM.
  • Managing the sales funnel through email and phone, tracking performance, and adjusting outreach as needed.
  • Utilizing LinkedIn for prospecting and follow-ups, and managing speaker opportunity lists.
  • Researching speaking opportunities and competitive speakers, and documenting and following up on calls.
  • Collaborating with the VA on proposal and contract preparation, and supporting client onboarding.
  • Tracking outreach data and KPIs, assisting in documenting SOPs, and participating in team meetings.

And a few additional tasks and procedures that she will gradually assume.

What was the candidate’s background?

The last two years Paulina has been working in a company as a remote Key Account Manager, her main responsibilities there were focused on CRM, Project Coordination and Marketing Campaigns.
