Ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers through meticulous account setup, invoice verification and efficient processing in the accounting software.

Maintaining strong vendor relationships by resolving disputes, handling inquiries and maintaining up-to-date records.

Statement reconciliation, assisting with month end close and generating reports for detailed financial analysis.

Support compliance by managing documentation and facilitating audits.

What was the candidate’s background?

Nicolas had 3 years of experience in the same position, also remotely. 

In his career he had developed technical skills to understand basic accounting principles such as accounting cycle, account coding and bank reconciliation. In addition to having a solid in-depth knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP or Oracle to process invoices, make payments and generate reports.
